Sono's black EVA membrane with a high-performance aluminum layer is ideal for laminate or engineered wood floors.
The black membrane is made in the form of elongated foam, which allows it to support heavy weights. The membrane, which is 2 mm thick, can cover an area of 200 sq. ft. and support 3 lbs per cubic foot.
It represents an interesting alternative to the rubber membrane since it is much lighter and more flexible. Its acoustic power is 58 FIIC which reduces the propagation of noise to neighboring rooms.
It is sold in rolls of 200 sq. ft.
