What would your daily life look like?

Customer Service Component

• Be the first point of contact for customers in store; answer their questions
• Direct customers in the store according to their needs
• Provide customer service in person, by phone and by email
• Deliver order forms and merchandise to customers
• Answer general customer questions
• Ensure receipt and processing of deposit payments for orders
• Provide information about products, current promotions and services offered
• Help maintain a clean and well-organized work environment, contributing to the presentation of the store
• Make price requests to suppliers
• Send technical sheets and samples to customers
• Carry out invoicing after completion of construction work

Online Sales Component

• Take full responsibility for online chat on the company website
• Ensure the preparation of samples sold online and their shipments
• Participate in the processing of orders executed online, including the purchase of samples online
• Take full responsibility for supervising follow-ups with E-Commerce customers for all stages of the customer journey: follow-up following the purchase of the sample online, purchase of the equipment online, delivery, installation and after-sales service
• Take full responsibility for customer satisfaction surveys
• Actively participate in the integration of products into the transactional site
• Participate in updating prices and inventories as needed

We need you if

• You have experience in customer service and retail
• You know the floor covering sector (asset)
• You have a very good command of French (oral and written)
• You are fluent in English (oral and written)
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Do you want to participate in the development of our online sales department?
• You have a positive attitude, patience and the ability to solve problems effectively.

What would your daily life look like?

• Perform handling activities in the warehouse as well as in receiving and shipping
• Prepare orders for our customers
• Deliver the goods to customers, delivery people, installers, etc. according to the order
• Working daily with a “Surfactest” ERP
• Ensure verification of the goods received (recipient, quantity, condition, etc.)
• Ensure operational efficiency and warehouse organization
• Organize and perform inventory management
• Working as a team
• Perform any other tasks related to the position

We need you if

• You are in good physical shape, you are willing to work standing up and you are able to lift heavy loads, approximately 50lbs, every day
• You like teamwork, you are switched on and you have a good sense of initiative.
• You are efficient in carrying out your tasks
• You are diligent and punctual
• You have experience with forklifts (an asset); training offered
• You have a valid driving license (class 5)
• You have a good command of French (oral and written)
• You are available Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

• You have a valid driver's license; CLASS 5
• You like teamwork, you are switched on and you have a good sense of initiative.
• You are efficient in carrying out your tasks
• You are diligent and punctual
• You have a good command of French (oral and written)
• You are available Monday to Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. (working hours sometimes vary)
